Air-conditioning System
A condensed water-cooled air-conditioning system complete with cooling towers, boilers, pump and pipework recirculating to heat-recovery water-cooled VRV units (LG). Each room is served via a bulkhead fan coil unit and can be heated or cooled independently of the other rooms. The water-cooled condensers are located on the respective floor of the rooms being served.
The building is designed to achieve a 5-Star Greenstar rating
