Air-conditioning System
Buildings A, B & C
Air-cooled, reverse-cycle VRV air-conditioning units (SAMSUNG), located in a plant room on each floor. Apartments are served via ceiling-concealed bulkhead units. Several apartments are linked to one condenser and a proprietary billing systems assists in energy billing based on each apartment’s usage.
Buildings D & E
Air-cooled, reverse-cycle VRV air-conditioning units (DAIKIN), located in a plant room on each floor. Apartments are served via ceiling-concealed ducted units.
Retail Tenancies
The Retail tenancies are served via a water-cooled air-conditioning system. An extensive network of pipes reticulates from the roof, connected to cooling towers and boilers to each tenancy capped off for future connection by others. Some tenancies have been fitted out with water-cooled packaged unit, ducting, grilles and controllers for a complete functional system ready for the tenants to operate.
Carpark Ventilation System
A mix of jet fans, together with axial fans, ventilate the 4 levels of basements.
